They have received extensive training and can handle any situation or emergency that comes to our clinic. CARE Frederick Emergency ServicesEmergency Veterinarians, Adriane Shell, DVM, Cynthia Willer, DVM and Devon Hals, DVM are available for Urgent/Emergency care evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays. They have years of experience and training. They are highly qualified and are vital to the success of our animal referrral and emergency clinic.
