At CARE we have a highly trained and qualified staff of board certified specialists and veterinarians to treat your animals. Specialists in surgery, orthopedic surgery, internal medicine, sports medicine, cardiology and pain management are available. Veterinary specialists are available by appointment weekdays and are always on-call for emergencies. They have all received extensive training and can handle any situation or emergency that comes to our hospital.

CARE accepts walk-in referrals and emergencies 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We are always staffed by doctors and technicians who are ready and available to help you. Caring for your pet is our number one priority and you can trust us to do all we can for the health and care of your animal.

NEWS and EVENTS

CARE is pleased to announce the acquisition of Frederick Veterinary Referral Group (FVRG) including Frederick Emergency Animal Hospital (FEAH) and Sugarloaf Surgical Referral (SSR), effective April 17, 2013. This transfer of ownership will bring many exciting changes to our veterinary community, and everyone is dedicated to a smooth transition. SSR has coordinated the transfer of services to CARE to assure continuity in patient care. Emergency care will be consolidated into one location on Route 40 (1080 W. Patrick St). CARE will be enhancing our currently available services, and adding new referral and specialty services in the near future.
